The Sustainable Growth Fund (SGF) option is the most secure and straightforward route to economic citizenship in St Kitts and Nevis.

Your contribution to the SGF is made directly to a government-held fund. The Citizenship by Investment Unit (CIU) is able to check receipt of payment immediately thereby speeding up the application process. As a result of the SGF, St Kitts and Nevis is able to realise its potential as a prospering small-island nation with an accelerating economy. Your investment will enhance your future, as well as the future of St Kitts and Nevis.

Under a Limited Time Offer from 1 January 2023 to 30 June 2023, the minimum contributions required by law are as follows: 

  • Main applicant only: US$125,000 
  • Main applicant and spouse: US$150,000 
  • Main applicant and up to three dependants:  US$170,000 
  • Each additional dependant under 18: US$10,000 
  • Each additional dependant aged 18 or over: US$25,000


During the Limited Time Offer, the standard application processing time will be shortened from 90 days to 60 days from the receipt by the Citizenship by Investment Unit.

Additionally, the following Due Diligence fees apply to an application made during the Limited Time Offer: 

  • Main applicant: US$7,500 
  • Each dependant aged 16 or above: US$4,000 each  

From 1 July 2023 onwards, the minimum contribution required by law will be as follows: 

  • Main applicant only: US$150,000 
  • Main applicant and spouse: US$175,000 
  • Main applicant and up to three dependants: US$195,000 
  • Each additional dependant under 18: US$10,000 
  • Each additional dependant aged 18 or over: US$25,000 

The standard processing time of a non-accelerated application is 90 days from the acknowledgement of the application by the Citizenship by Investment Unit.  Additionally, the following Due Diligence fees apply to all non-accelerated applications: 

  • Main applicant: US$7,500  
  • Each dependant aged 16 or above: US$4,000

Applicants have an option of making an accelerated application, where the standard processing time will be reduced to 60 days from the acknowledgement of the application by the Citizenship by Investment Unit at additional costs. 

For all accelerated applications, the following Due Diligence fees apply: 

  • Main applicant: US$20,000 
  • Any dependant aged 16 or above: US$10,000 

Additionally, for all accelerated applications, the following post-approval application fees are payable:

  • Main applicant: US$35,000 
  • Spouse: US$25,000 
  • Each dependant under 18 years of age: US$15,000 
  • Each dependant aged 18 or above: US$25,000
