The following organisations have had their authorisation to act as representatives within the St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment (CBI) Programme suspended. These agents are not permitted to submit applications at this time.

During this suspension period, agents must demonstrate compliance with all programme requirements and address any outstanding issues. The CIU will closely monitor their activities and evaluate their efforts to rectify concerns, ensuring that only those committed to the Programme’s values may regain authorised status.
