He has occupied various high-ranking positions, including Global Chief Operating Officer and Head of Global Strategy at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management’s Financial Wellness division, where he played a pivotal role in building and leading a talented team of financial experts.
Additionally, he was the Chief Operating Officer for Global Fraud and Cybersecurity at Morgan Stanley, where he led crucial initiatives to protect the firm’s assets and defend clients against cyber threats.
Mr. St. Juste previously held the position of Global Audit Head of Technology Enablement at T. Rowe Price, where he spearheaded governance, risk management, and the integration of advanced technologies, such as generative AI and data analytics.
His innovative approach has garnered him numerous accolades, including the esteemed Stevie® Awards for outstanding customer service and operational efficiency.

Outside his corporate role, Mr. St. Juste champions social responsibility and sustainable development.
He actively participates on various boards, including serving as Chairman of the Supervisory Board for a US-based Credit Union and as a Board Member for the United Way of Central Maryland.
