Responsibilities:

The primary role of the Communication Manager is to perform a variety of tasks that are designed to promote Citizenship by Investment Corporation (CIUC) public image and brand awareness.

Duties and Responsibilities

CIU is looking for a Finance Officer to assist with the preparation and maintenance of CIU’s accounting records and reports and to ensure that the accounting function is efficient. Under supervision, this person will perform a variety of administrative general business, financial and accounting tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • General records - maintain and update business and financial records.
  • General business - prepare and process general business documents e.g., bills, invoices, receipts.
  • Financial record keeping - prepare and post daily journal entries based on given guidelines for completeness and accuracy. Maintain a fixed asset register. Maintain all
    accounting schedules. Ensure accounting general ledger postings are included in the appropriate accounting period. Update records and post end-of-month entries, to include accruals, prepaids, depreciation, etc.
  • Verification - verify accuracy and completeness (including signatures) of documents. Examine documents for adherence to prescribed policies and procedures.
  • Reconciliations - complete general ledger account reconciliations, examine outstanding items and discrepancies, and ensure adequate follow-up through resolution. Perform

POSITION: SENIOR DUE DILIGENCE OFFICER

JOB PURPOSE: The Senior Due Diligence Officer assists in performing an ongoing assessment and implementation of the Due Diligence Program within the Unit, making recommendations where necessary to facilitate the enhancement of regulatory knowledge within the Unit.

The Senior Due Diligence Officer is responsible for providing support to the Manager Due Diligence in overseeing Due Diligence at the Citizenship by Investment Unit (CIU). The individual will assist with the design, implementation and evaluation of the Due Diligence Program. The Due Diligence Department is responsible for ensuring that the Unit is conducting due diligence of applicants in full compliance with all relevant laws and regulations and that the Unit's employees are complying with its internal policies and procedures ensuring the highest levels of integrity, transparency and governance.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervise the Junior Due Diligence Officer in the execution of their duties.
  • Assist with the development, implementation and enforcement of the Due Diligence Program.
  • Conduct due diligence checks for client files and transaction.
  • Keep records of all client’s due diligence information and transaction.
  • Assist with the review and monitoring of the activities to ensure Management and staff are in line with policies.
  • Assist with conducting risk assessments.
  • Make recommendations for improvements and to correct deficiencies and areas of noncompliance identified.

The CIU is seeking a suitable qualified Human Resource Manager to oversee the administrative and organizational functions of the Human Resources department.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruiting, interviewing and the hiring of new staff to the CIU.
  • Consult with the CHRO on the units strategic planning measures and serve as the link between the CHRO and all employees.
  • Serve as the specialist to advise other department managers on Human Resource matters.
  • Propose to top management, implement and oversee employee benefit programs at the unit.
