Mr. Calvin St. Juste, the dynamic Chairman of the St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment Unit, has embarked on a significant roadshow across Asia and the Middle East.
His mission is clear: to meet with agents, international marketing professionals, and CBI lawyers to forge robust partnerships that will drive the growth and success of the Citizenship by Investment (CBI) Unit.
As the next leg on his Middle East and Asia tour, Chairman Calvin St. Juste met with Agents, International Marketing Agents and Promoters in Beijing with an engaging lunch event where he unveiled his ambitious vision for the St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment (CBI) Unit.
As he opened the dialogue, he emphasised the transformative journey the Unit is embarking on.
“We’re focussed on continually earning your trust,” he asserted, stressing the importance of restructuring for better efficiency.
Chairman St. Juste confidently stated, “I’m not afraid to say that things are going to change under my leadership.”
Guiding Principles
His corporate approach, he explained, is built on six guiding principles: transparency, communication, good governance, transformation, global leadership, and sustainability.
Commitment to Transparency
The Chairman wrapped up his address shortly before lunch by reiterating his commitment to transparency and due diligence.
“It works because it’s the right thing to do. Requiring interviews and background checks is fair to you, fair to us, and fair to prospective applicants.” he stated.
Engaging with Agents
Throughout his journey, Chairman St. Juste has been meeting with agents who play a crucial role in promoting the CBI programme.
He recognises the dedication and hard work they invest in their efforts.
The on-the-ground insights of the Agents, International Marketing Agents and Promoters are invaluable, guiding St. Juste and his Board in shaping strategies that resonate with potential investors.
Building Partnerships
The Chairman’s approach is not merely transactional; he aims to build lasting relationships. He believes that collaboration is the key to prosperity, stating,
“Together, we can create a thriving ecosystem that benefits everyone involved.”
By fostering strong connections with Agents, International Marketing Agents and Promoters, he envisions a united front that can effectively promote the unique advantages of the St. Kitts and Nevis CBI programme.
His next stop will be Shanghai where he is eager to engage with more stakeholders and build new, lasting partnerships.
