Ms. Anessa Hazelle, is a seasoned financial expert based in St. Kitts and Nevis with extensive experience as a tax specialist, investment advisor, senior controller, and financial manager. Currently serving as an Independent Investment Financial Consultant and Accountant, she provides comprehensive financial services, including tax preparation, investment strategy design, and financial advising for real estate development and Citizenship by Investment Programs. Previously, she has held key positions such as Chief Financial and Operation Officer at real estate development projects here in St. Kitts and Nevis as a Consultant and Financial Controller, where she spearheaded financial recoveries and restructurings. Ms. Hazelle is known for her ability to drive efficiency and productivity through innovative financial management systems and her leadership in building high-performing financial teams. Her diverse career also includes consultancy roles, where she has developed accounting systems and prepared financial documents for major investment initiatives.
Mrs. Camara Lee-Prentice is a seasoned Strategic Human Resource Generalist with over 12 years of global HR experience. Her expertise includes strategic HR management, policy development, process redesign, employee relations, and performance management. Prior to joining the St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment Unit, she founded and led TALENT+, partnering with leading organisations to enhance HR systems and build high-performing teams. Camara has also held senior HR positions at the St. Kitts Tourism Authority and the Nevis Island Administration.
She holds an M.Sc. in International Management and a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Management with Psychology from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus, and is pursuing an Advanced Diploma in Strategic Learning and Development (Level 7) from CIPD (UK). Formerly certified by SHRM (USA), Camara’s collaborative leadership style underscores her belief that robust HR frameworks and effective leadership are critical to motivating employees and driving success in competitive work environments.
Ms. Devena Reid is an experienced and diverse Certified Public Accountant, with over 20 years’ experience. Devena is highly proficient in the areas of financial planning and administration, taxation, audit preparation, financial reporting and management. She has a passion for managing core business functions, developing and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and drive growth. Devena currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at the St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment Unit. Before assuming this role, she held senior accounting and leadership roles within the Hospitality and Tourism, Citizenship by Investment and E-Commerce sectors. Academically, Devena holds a Master of Science in Accounting degree, that was obtained at the Florida International University, and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Accounting, obtained from Barry University.
Ms. Davinia Tomlinson is an investment management professional with more than two decades’ industry experience serving a high-net-worth client base, including roles at Fidelity Investments, Octopus Investments and PwC. She is an award-winning serial entrepreneur, whose business interests prior to joining the CIU include rainchq in the UK and St. Kitts based Rosewood Advisory Services, which exist to help people take control of their financial futures.
Davinia has a First-Class Honours degree from Aston University, an Executive MBA from Cass Business School – City University and holds the CFA Investment Management Certificate.
Davinia is also a published author with her first book Cash is Queen: A Girls Guide to Securing, Spending and Stashing Cash, released in January 2023.
